Obviously, most of the organizers of this "scientific" congress, although it was interdisciplinary, believe that "science" is above the religion. So the congress tried to prove whether and how it is possible to admit religiosity into the psychotherapy and psychiatry.


I fully agree with you.


However, the congress in Graz discussed religiosity in general. In my opinion it is not the same if you talk about Christianity or Islam or about some vague "new age" believes. So, the scientific articles that were reported from some top medical journals are to be criticized, because they don't make this essential distinction.
