I think, you are right, John, that Logotherapy is an interesting "addendum" to Christotherapy!

I think it depends from where one sees the whole phenomenon. If the viewing point is Christotherapy, as a search for psychotherapeutic contributions that can be integrated in a certain Catholic vision of psychological/spiritual/holistic healing process - modeled basically on the stages of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises - than Logotherapy is one of many others utilized in this process. And this is how it worked indeed in reality -"historically" - since Christotherapy is a collection of methods found by Father Tyrrell fitting in the framework determined by a couple of principles besides of his Catholic faith.

Reinhard sees Christotherapy from the point of view of Logotherapist - from a more theoretical setting - as something that felicituously corresponds the the framework of his discipline and broadens it into the religious dimension.

Both views of connections might be equally valid - as a net that can be pulled up at ifferent ponits and so resulting in different order of the individual knots - and the perusal of the various points of view might be fruitful for even practical applications....
