The question has been raised: How much therapy is Christotherapy - and- how much value is there in what is leftover; that is, what is not therapy?  Well, let's ask this question; "How much therapy is there in living a life of reality and wholeness and truth and goodness and love"?

Christotherapy is more of a lifestyle than a treatment. Christotherapy is about lifting what is life-giving and letting go of what is destructive in one's or other's lives. Christotherapy is about finding truth and confronting the truth about one's self and then living this truth. For those not familiar with the methods and way of Christotherapy, recommended would be Christotherapy I by Fr. Bernard Tyrrell.
